CA SUMIT TYAGI is a Fellow member of ICAI. He has completed his CA at a young age of 21. He is commerce Graduate from University of Delhi. He has also completed his Masters in Commerce & Taxation from IGNOU.

SUMIT TYAGI is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2013. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a Period of time. He has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly.

Sumit has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system. Sumit & his team have assisted many overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.
His key skills include Financial Audits, compliances in the fields of both Direct and Indirect Tax matter. He has expertise in Financial Audits, Examination of Accounting, recording and reporting of financial transactions. Team of seasoned professionals report to him and he provides assistance to departments within the organization on matters to do with financial management and accountability.
Sumit Tyagi also delivered a number of Seminars on different topics as visiting faculty of ICAI.
